Use: Cool anise flavour. Its leaves are used fresh, chopped just before serving. Goes well with raw or cooked salmon, brightens up a cucumber salad, cream sauces, vegetable soups...
  Tips:
Growing: In a pot, window box or in the ground.
Exposure: Full sun, sheltered from the wind
Watering: Moderate
Harvest: Pick as needed. Remove flowers to produce more leaves. Withstands freezing
