Family: Ombellifers

Use: Sweet anise flavour. Used in salads, sauces, soups, vegetable dishes. Goes well with chicken, fish and eggs. Add it at the last minute to preserve all its aroma. 		 
  Tips:
Growing: In a window box or in the ground.
Exposure: Equal parts shade and sun
Watering: Moderate
Harvest: Harvest the leaves as needed. Withstands freezing.
