Use: A perennial that grows everywhere. Refreshing flavour, mixed into tabouleh, salads... It garnishes fruit cocktails and infuses tea and herbal beverages.
The leaves are picked before flowering, from May to September ad are used as a tonic, digestive and calming tisane.
