Family: Ombellifers

Use: Cool flavour, snipped and added when serving. The whole leaves can be used to garnish plates; chopped, they are used as a seasoning. Flat-leaf parsley is more fragrant than curly parsley.

Growing: In a pot, window box or in the ground.
Exposure: Semi-shade
Watering: Loves humidity
Harvest: Pick as needed.
