Use: Very aromatic fragrance, fruity flavour. Fresh or dry thyme stems are used as a seasoning for sauces and stews...
Added during cooking. Use in moderation.
The wild thyme that grows on the dry hills of the Mediterranean is a small bush with thin, woody branching stems. The entire plant gives off a very pleasant, strong smell.
In a tisane, thyme cures colds with honey.

Harvest: All year long.
